Opera has announced the release of its Beta 3 release of the Opera 10 browser. The company says this version is ready for "heavy work" on the web.
Opera has run over 10 million tests on the beta and has received plenty of feedback. They say performance and stability were prioritized in this version.

Microsoft Puts Out New Version of Silverlight
Microsoft has launched Silverlight 3 and Expression 3 today. Silverlight is a browser plug-in that enables companies to design, develop, and deliver web apps. Expression is a set of design tools and technologies.
The new Silverlight release in particular is big news. Over 1/3 of Internet devices have installed version 2 since its launch less than nine months ago.
Microsoft also announced that MGM and NBC Sports are using Silverlight for different forthcoming video efforts.

Features of the New Version of Android
Google is in the process of releasing an upgrade to its Android mobile platform in version 1.5. Google is emphasizing the ability to upload YouTube videos right from your mobile phone.
Naturally, this makes it simple to record a video and upload it instantly. "What's more, YouTube gives me full control of my privacy, so I can decide if I want to make my videos available to the entire Web or just a subset of invited friends," says Android Team Product Marketing Manager Jonathan Matus.

New Version of Yahoo Browser-Based Music Player
