I live in Eugene Oregon. We have the highest unemployment rate in the nation. It's also the highest unemployment rate in Oregon's history, varying from 8% to over 15%.

This came about primarily due to the Fen Phen case, where now it looks like more cases will be turned down after audit, paying less people, and having no guarantee of paying back funds already advanced.
