Over at TechCrunch, Michael Arrington has a post announcing that his company is suing Facebook for $25 million for allowing "advertisers to post ads using my picture and name to endorse their products without my explicit permission."

I think this is one possibly for the water cooler on Sphinn, because I find it comical in a sad kind of way. Ted Murphy rightly questions Google quite openly to explain why PPP bloggers are being punished for not using nofollow on links, yet many prominent bloggers post quite blatant pagerank passing links to their advertisers every chance they get.

I'm sitting here today at the TechCrunch40, listening to various companies pitch their wares to the people and press that are attending (I'm here as invited press, so will give overview of the companies and what I thought).

Part of the fun of the next two days will be seeing who’ll win the $50,000 at TechCrunch 40, which starts in a few hours here in San Francisco.
