Well, the day is finally here after two weeks of anticipation. We've heard non-stop chatter about the Cardinals and the Steelers since they won their respective championship games. Now the two teams will meet in the biggest game of the year.

I’m in an awards mood today, and it’s almost time to reflect on 2008 as we head barreling into 2009. The New York Times blogged about a company’s quest (great PR move by Sawhorse Media)  to find the best tweeters of the year. The awards are called the Shorty Awards, and it’s a hot topic on Twitter. Over 12,000 entries have come in already.

After having Problogger.net's - Darren Rowse on my show and Matt Mullenweg (wordpress creator) on the show last week I thought I would keep with the blog theme and share my favorite tricks and plugins that I do with my blog.

Loren Baker from Search Engine Journal tells us it's that time of year again for the SEJ Search Blog Awards.

Nothing really grabs the blogosphere as much as itself. It sounds like a Friday night crisis, but it's less lonely than that. Can we call it collective individualism? Should we employ Shakespeare, Nietzsche, or Jung when considering that 37% of bloggers say they are their own favorite subject? Does it change things if over half of them are anonymous?

I received an email the other day from a site called Search Engine Feeds claiming to be running a Favorite Search Engine Feeds vote for the next month or so.

There have been a lot of official Google blogs and some not so official, yet they all tend to focus purely on the business-end of the company.
