As I relax on my train journey back to Amsterdam aboard the high-speed Thalys TGV, I sit in reflective mode regarding this morning's terrific panel discussion on the giant global focus group at the IABC Europe conference in Paris.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Artera Group Team announced they are joining forces to create a network of strategically placed data centers to boost Internet access speed 3 to 5 times its current capacity while reducing bandwidth requirements by more than 70 percent.

I find it invigorating to consider how creativity, and the ability to learn and adapt, is a natural capacity built into all living systems. The ability to learn is an instinctive and primary trait that is a sign of life itself. Human beings, companies, forests, the ocean, the entire environment of earth, and the solar system. All are living systems, all are intelligent, all are learning, and all are adapting to life... And in the process of all this "living" each system will radically change over time.

Has everyone in your office been grafted so there's no more evolving? Let's say the "party line" is demanded of everyone, like a graft on a plant, so eventually everyone's thinking the same way.
