Yahoo posted an update to its Search Blog, announcing some changes and expansions to the Site Explorer tool they debuted a couple of months back.

Publishers can now submit sites to Site Explorer using an online submission process. There are several ways to submit a site, including by feeds it may use:

RSS 0.9, RSS 1.0 and RSS 2.0, such as CNN Top Stories

Atom 0.3, such as Yahoo! Search Blog

A text file with a list of URLs, each URL at the start of a new line

A single webpage

Note that for any URL (submitted directly or obtained from a feed), we will extract links from it and find pages we have not discovered already.

We’ve also added something many of you have asked for, the ability to filter out internal inlinks when exploring the inlinks to your site or to particular pages.
On a related topic, developers may wish to look into the APIs for Site Explorer Yahoo has made available. Two Web Services, Page Data and Inlink Data, allow for querying for a domain’s pages that are in the Yahoo index and the sites that link to a site.
