Viewmark to Introduce Viewmetrix 3.0

Viewmark, Inc. will introduce Viewmetrix 3.0, a web-based marketing intelligence toolset at the Search Engine Strategies Conference and Exposition in San Jose, California on August 2, 2004.

Viewmetrix 3.0 is designed to help companies understand the effectiveness, conversion and ROI of their online and offline marketing programs, web site content and electronic transactions. It is the first software solution to bring together and correlate diverse marketing program efforts into a single, sort able interface, allowing for independent “weighting” of marketing drivers, provide for time-based depreciation of marketing events, and the ability to build predictive sales models.

The new application gathers data from internal and external business intelligence sources and Internet infrastructures to create organized user-centered reports. Viewmetrix 3.0 eliminates the need for managers to examine large volumes of data from many diverse sources to find relationships and correlations between marketing events and a consumer response.

The new toolset automates and streamlines the data gathering process and personalizes each report specifically to the user’s unique interests, in a highly visual and statistically detailed manner. The application allows companies to see how their marketing programs are performing across all channels, and identifies problems as they are occurring in order to take immediate corrective action.

The Viewmetrix 3.0 “dashboard” lets individual users create a single at-a-glance view into all key indicators of their marketing. Reports can be generated in many forms, specified by user, business division, date range or any other criteria desired.

The highly graphical display can be configured as bar graphs, pie charts, line charts or data tables. The new “funnel view” feature allows users to look into the progression of a target audience as they go through the process of successfully engaging with their company; from first encounter (an advertisement) to a “deal” (a purchase, request for information etc.)
