EntFederal.com provides a wide range of financial services which include – Internet account access (Ent@ccess Online Banking), online Bill Payments (Ent@ccess Bill Pay), 24-hour loan applications, 24-hour-a-day transactions by phone (Entell24), and investment services.
We have a website that gets solid user traffic and has a strong volume of content – but is our site implemented / organized in such a way that a user can derive its maximum value? The high traffic paths through our website are fairly shallow – which has lead us to the following questions:
