Siebel Systems announced that its Siebel User Week 2004 conference, the world’s largest CRM and business intelligence event, will be held October 3-6 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.
The annual conference–which is expected to attract more than 3,000 customers, solution providers, speakers, and presenters in the CRM and business analytics communities–will also showcase Siebel Systems’ customer successes. More than 80 Siebel customers are expected to share their CRM deployment experiences at the conference’s more than 150 educational sessions on customer best practices, industry issues, and Siebel products.
Mike Lawrie, Chief Executive Officer, Siebel Systems, will deliver the conference’s opening day keynote in which he will outline his perspective on the next phase in the evolution of customer-facing solutions and Siebel Systems’ strategy for focusing on this opportunity.

Siebel User Week will offer more than 150 in-depth sessions on specific CRM issues organized into 13 tracks that will focus on key industries, specific roles, and product areas. An “Ask the Experts” Pavilion will enable attendees to meet one-on-one with the people who actually design and build Siebel Systems products, see demonstrations of the latest Siebel solutions, and get an assessment of their CRM implementations. The Siebel Partner Pavilion will feature exhibits from more than 50 Siebel Alliance Partners and showcase the numerous ways in which they enhance Siebel solutions and accelerate their implementation and deployment and allow attendees to interact with CRM experts from across the Siebel ecosystem. The conference’s Platinum sponsors are HP, IBM, and Microsoft Corp.
Siebel Systems will also debut the Siebel Business Intelligence (BI) Summit, a new conference focused on bringing together thought leaders and participants in the industry to discuss ongoing trends and next-generation requirements for enterprise-wide business intelligence, data warehousing, performance management, customer insight, and analytic applications. The BI Summit will be held concurrently with the Siebel User Week conference.
