I must say.. the site does offer a very focused type of product.. but that is not the issue at hand.
We will make comment on the first items that stand out and let others make their hopefully constructive comments too.
The first thing that we looked at here was:
If you have a visitor to the site, will they also become a customer? The sidebar links do list a lot of products but if you click on some of the links, they take you to the same page.Granted, the products are all on that page but the default is to stop at the top of that page. The page in question is index5.html
Suggestion : Either create separate pages for each product on index5.html or set the variables so that the link takes you to that particular product. Customers want to see their choice “right now” rather than scrolling down.
Length of main / index page:
Too long.. too cluttered. A page should only be the as long as you can read by scrolling via 2 clicks of the mouse —- 3 max… anything longer than that and the potential customer will either loose interest or miss what you have below that point. We stopped at 10 clicks on the down arrow and had hardly seen a thing.
Some pages could be broken down into several shorter pages with a NEXT or navigation bar of 1 2 3 etc at the bottom of each. ( prime examples : index1.html or index7.html)
Hope this little bit of constructive insight gives you food for thought
