The unified color pattern is good, but the overall look is simple and late ’90’s look. It doesn’t have the look of a site I can get excited about enough to purchase at.
I think it could be improved with at least the following suggestions:
— Move the menu that’s half-way down the page to the left margin or top, maybe a rollover button style or even an offset (colorwise) box to help people see that there are other parts to the site.
–Evaluate what parts of that menu are most important and list them highest. The history of the company is probably not the most important, so why should it be first?
— The blue “bar” across the http://sandists.ecorp.net/orderinfoie.htm page is different and distracting for an order page. Not to mention, the icons used are overused on the web, and so don’t add any professionalism to the page
Good job on creating a “browser friendly” page for both IE and Netscape.
