PRWeb’s Blog for the Press Release Industry

PRWeb has launched the official PRWeb Blog which will add a new mode of communication with journalists, users of the press release service and others interested in the press release industry.

PRWeb continues to be a leader in providing customer service via an online web interface as well a telephone help desk. According to Mick Jolly, Director of Strategic Channels at PRWeb, “Strong customer service together with one of the strongest press release distribution services has fueled the need for a better means of communicating general information to our users. The use of the PRWeb Blog is just one more means for the community at large to be able to stay current on the benefits of working with PRWeb.”

“We have long relied upon our Customer Service Help Desk and our extensive PRWeb Frequently Asked Questions link to answer our user’s questions,” said PRWeb Founder David McInnis. McInnis further stated “The Blog will serve as a new way of communicating with our valued users. We hope to use this space to provide tips and instruction to our users. We will also post important service announcements.”

The PRWeb Blog will allow users, journalists, companies, and organizations to effectively express comments and share information that may be beneficial to the online community at large. Comments posted on the blog will be reviewed and responded to by McInnis and Jolly. According to Jolly, “We have so many wonderful, hardworking and dedicated professionals in the PRWeb community. We wanted a way to pull everyone together to discuss the press release industry at large and keep people up to date on what we are doing here at PRWeb in particular. We invite all who have an interest to take time to visit the PRWeb Blog and post a comment to us if they wish.”
