Advanced Interactive Marketing, Inc. has come up with an interesting (and free) new product. Called MySearchBot, the company touts it as “the first and only search tool to organize, filter, classify and share information mined from search engine results.”
The product combs through multiple search engines, as well as major media outlets, to find the best results. It then allows users to organize, save, and share various “search folders,” which update automatically whenever fresh information is added.
“As we see an explosion in the number of web pages online, we constantly need more refined methods to search these billions of pages,” said Larry Brunken, the founder of Advanced Interactive Marketing. “MySearchBot organizes, shares and searches through this ocean of information like never before.”
The MySearchBot press release claims the product’s “advanced Artificial Intelligence” is especially well-suited to do research. “Imagine setting up a search, clicking Go, and then walking away to do some other work, only to come back and find all the best results waiting for your perusal,” Brunken said. “With MySearchBot, that time-saving, efficient scenario is only one click away.”
Advanced Interactive Marketing, founded in 2005, is rather new, but press releases state that Brunken has “nine years experience in the online marketing business.” The company’s goal is to “release groundbreaking free products for both end users and online marketers.”
MySearchBot is an interesting concept, and it could be a real time-saver. Its value will be determined by its performance, though, and it will take user testing to establish that. If you want to give MySearchBot a chance, you can download it here.
