Interchange Partners With YellowPages.com For Local Search Advertising

YellowPages.com and the Interchange corporation have agreed to a partnership designed to enable YellowPages.com to offer cost-per-click advertising services to businesses via Interchange’s Local Direct search platform.

The service, called YPclicks is available now at YellowPages.com. The service provides YellowPages.com local advertisers with the ability to easily create and manage paid search campaigns by making use of Interchange’s Keyword DNA local search technology and Paid-Search Plus.

“Interchange is an important next step in our product offering. It allows YellowPages.com to provide more targeted results for users and allow advertisers to pay only for potential customers that click on their ad. This is a proposition that resonates with both our users and advertisers,” said Dane Madsen, President and CEO of YellowPages.com.

Keyword DNA is designed to allow local advertisers to quickly establish advertising campaigns by eliminating the need to research and manage complex keyword lists. The platform is also designed to provide flexible, detailed tracking and reporting features.

The partnership enables YellowPages.com to access national paid search advertisers from Interchange’s ePilot Advertiser Network. Highly relevant ePilot national advertiser listings are displayed on the YellowPages.com site in response to consumer keyword searches.

“We are very pleased that YellowPages.com selected Interchange as a key technology partner,” stated Heath Clarke, Interchange CEO. “This partnership represents a tremendous opportunity for each of our companies to leverage our core strengths to deliver performance-based advertising solutions to local advertisers and consumers.”
