MarketerToday notes that Fox is buying Google ads for searches for its new hit show “Prison Break”.
Taking a look at the search page, you’ll note that, at least for the moment, Prison Break already has the number one spot on Google for the term. So, why is Fox buying an ad when they have the top spot?
Either way, anything that gets Prison Break more exposure is a good thing. I enjoyed the two hour premiere, and plan to become a regular viewer. I MeCe’d it (think “Tivo’d” for people who want to create awful, non-witty acronyms ), and will watch it at least once more over the weekend. You can catch the encore on Thursday at 8.
