My first thought as I look up here is “Oh my gosh! How confusing!” At second look I CAN see where to go and find things but perhaps a separator from buttons and text using a pale color would be nice. The white background has got to go.
You’ve got the “privacy policy” and “contact us” at the bottom, why do you have it at the top? Wasted space and if it were gone it would be more obvious to click the top buttons to go to more.
These first click to’s are just an un-needed stop, not pretty. Go straight to the pictures and then offer a list of all the books by the same author and a list of other books available, I want action, pictures get me there.
When I click on the Karate Books link it takes me to a list,now in the Karate field, I don’t know, maybe people know the books by the author, but I don’t, so list the book titles first perhaps with a thumbnail jpg of the book cover to entice me in (as you have on your actual video pages).
