1) GuiStuff
You’ll find plenty of free tools to jazz up your website at GuiStuff. They have dozens of “sweet” graphical interfaces. Styles range from digital, mechanical, sports, science and more. Download your selections as tiff or PSD files.
This is slick; choose a button style, type in your text and it builds a very cool template for you. When finished, download it. Free version puts a small ad back to the FlashButtons site or join as a member for ad-free navigation bars.
If scripts are more your thing, don’t miss the huge collection of freebies at Dynamic Drive. Have ’em slide in, slide out, hover, float and do many other really cool things. Follow the simple directions to copy and paste the code into your site, customize a few things, and you’re good to go.
If you’re not a table guru, you’ll love this little script which gives you a nice text menu laid out in a table. When you hover over a menu item, the color changes. Simply copy and paste the text and make a few changes and you’re good to go.
5) Drop Down Navigating Menu Wizard
Not very fancy but a great way to save space if you’re working in tight quarters. This online generator creates a spiffy drop down menu with as many options as you need. Nice and free.
