Have to click to many time to get where you want to be. One click should get you right to the substance.
First the homepage should have links instead of just text. I instinctively tried clicking on the (Home & Office Decor)(Lawn & Patio) etc. They should be linked to the pages.
Second when you “enter the store” you should go straight to the products page. I don’t have any idea why they bothered with the “Store Directory” page that does nothing.
Third you have to click each product separately, why? They should just have individual pages for, Home & Office Decor, Lawn & Patio, etc with all the product in that category listed. The links should be in contrast with the background, standard blue would look nice. Almost anything would be better than the yellow they use.
They should also use jpg’s rather than the gif images and lower them down to 72. I downloaded the 29671.gif at 10.1 KB, converted it to jpg at 72 res and it was only 3.56 without lowering the appearance at all.
They should also have the menu on the bottom of the page. Such a hassle to have to scroll back to the top. Last, remove the promo page or add a promo. Makes no sense to have an under construction page linked in the menu.
