I share my tale of woe about purchasing and using a “safe opt-in list” from one of those iMarketing gurus out there. For the complete series visit and open — ( http://www.CyberSpacemarketeer.com ) May, June, and October issues!
I bought the list. My name got onto other lists sold by this guru. My spam load accelerates daily. Therefore…shortly I will drop that particular POP. This spam will all bounce. I let only those I choose know my new POP. I own my own domain name and host where I please. I add and delete POP addresses as I choose. I’m not a “control freak.” I don’t have time to fool with all this spam-nonsense.

So…some subscriber has a “bad hair day” and I must pay $10. This is my cost when assumed guilty until I prove myself innocent. Too bad — this is a reasonably-priced hosting company and very iMarketer-friendly. So…my research goes on…
