Enterprise Personalization Company Partners with SQLink Group

Exstream Software announced today a co-marketing partnership agreement with SQLink Group, a leading provider of software and consulting services in Israel.

Under the terms of the agreement, SQLink will offer Exstream’s Dialogue and AFP Studio software suites in Israel as part of its solution set for managing today’s complex customer communications challenges. Exstream chose SQLink because of its expertise and proven success in providing products and services that streamline and optimize document workflow in the banking, financial services, insurance and other key markets in Israel.

SQLink Group expects to benefit by offering Exstream’s market-leading software for design through delivery of fully personalized documents of all types. SQLink identified Dialogue as the premier software solution for effectively satisfying this requirement.

“In Israel, companies are technologically savvy and demand the best,” said Elad Daniel, vice president of business development for SQLink. “Our core strengths as a company include the ability to create a total enterprise solution for a company’s documents. However, we identified a missing link to this process when it came to offering a total solution for delivering consistent, relevant and higher quality customer communications across the enterprise. Exstream’s Dialogue enterprise personalization solution easily integrates into an existing enterprise environment and allows customers to build and deploy all types of customized customer communications applications. It answered our need perfectly.”

Dialogue provides companies with an infrastructure for building and deploying all of their personalized batch, real-time and web-based customer communications. Dialogue was designed to integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise environments to produce any communication-from simple correspondence to complex statements-for delivery through the preferred channels, substantially reducing production costs and increasing time to market.

“Through this agreement, we join SQLink in its commitment to offer companies in Israel solutions that are easy to use, quick to implement and provide the best in personalized document creation,” said Steve Whitman, general manager of international sales and operations, Exstream Software. “Similar to that of the United States, Israel is a mature market and a local presence is required for us to be successful in this arena. SQLink has an impressive history offering solutions to vertical markets that are compatible with Exstream’s products. We look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership. ”
