Ensynch has been selected by the Arizona Technology Council to provide managed hosting and IT services for their operations.
Ensynch has recently completed the migration, having been selected above several other IT providers to deliver managed hosting and services to the state’s largest technology association.
“The Ensynch relationship is very important to the Arizona Technology Council as their solution and expertise has provided a world of difference for our technology and operations,” said Todd Bankofier, President and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council. “Because of their credibility, I felt I could entrust Ensynch with managing our technology platform.”
The key requirement of the project was to provide a Council a reliable and enhanced technology solution — ranging from remote Outlook e-mail access for employees to a website hosted in the same environment as their CRM to accessing help desk support — thereby enabling the organization’s staff to better focus on carrying out its core mission of serving the membership, and growing Arizona’s tech sector.
“Our Director of Finance had been our adjunct network and computers ‘help desk’ from the beginning days of the Council. Upon her departure in early 2004, I knew we needed a solid contingency plan,” said Todd Bankofier, President of the Arizona Technology Council. “Like any other small business, we felt like we were too vulnerable to computer threats. I didn’t want IT to be a distraction to our core business — we knew we needed an outsourced solution.”
“We designed a turnkey managed hosting solution with a fixed price per user, per month for the budget-conscious Council,” said Gene Holmquist, President of Ensynch. “The Arizona Technology Council specifically valued these unique qualities when choosing Ensynch. What we were able to give them was a fully functional, anytime, anywhere, secure environment.”
