Protexis today announced that DivXNetworks has chosen its solution to drive an upgrade sales program in four languages to the DivXNetworks installed base of 120 million users.
DivXNetworks is the creator of the revolutionary, patent-pending DivX video technology. DivXNetworks will use Protexis’ services to facilitate sales of its premium video tools, Dr. DivX and DivX Pro, into its installed base.
DivXNetworks, a ubiquitous brand in video technology, distributes its DivX video technology worldwide over the Internet and through hardware partnerships. DivXNetworks required a solution that could enable trial use, secure purchase and upsale from the ultimate point of customer engagement — within the software tool itself. Protexis’ e-commerce platform was the solution of choice.
