Employee as a Partner to Business Success

If a lady wants your attention and love, it is courtship;
If she does not like your presence, it is molestation.

If an employee wants responsibility, it is empowerment;
If he does not want responsibility, it is a burden.

If a man respects his wife, her monologues are music;
If a man does not care for his wife, her conversation nags.

If an employee thinks like a share-holder,
company news invigorates;
If an employee thinks like an irresponsible child,
most news disturbs.

If a lady likes you, even a flower is a priceless gift;
If a lady cares not for you, the costliest diamond is ash.

If an employee understands company’s business,
The smallest salary increment is appreciated;
If an employee cares not for company prosperity,
The biggest bonus is a mere tidbit.

If a couple understand each others’ needs, wants and goals,
The marriage is a joyous co-creation;
If a couple does not care for each other and for themselves,
Their staying together is a torture.

If an employee asks `What can I do to improve the profits?’
There is synergy and prosperity in the company;
If an employee always asks only `What’s in it for me?’
The company always struggles to gain market share.

Whether it is life partners or employee-employer:
If each one wants to dominate the other, there is chaos;
If each one wants to serve the other,
There is peace & often prosperity too.
